Openings
We are looking
for IT staffing account managers who are excited about:
- Building business relationships with existing accounts
- Creating new business opportunities and increase sales revenues
- Qualifying new accounts to expand client base
- Developing sales strategies in conjunction with management to
maximize account penetration
- Understanding targeted clients key business requirements
- Working with our internal senior Technical Recruiting to staff,
close and support business
- Assuming responsibility for day-to-day management of client
accounts
Qualifications:

- Be able to develop lead strategies and create/manage marketing
plans for new clients

Recruiter Openings
We are looking for IT recruiters or IT professionals who want to
learn to recruit who will enjoy working with a team of seasoned
recruiters who love to help IT professionals obtain good positions.
- Interviewing candidates
- Presenting job opportunities to qualified candidates
- Negotiating with candidates to reach an agreement on fair
compensation before candidate is presented to client.
- Check references
- Follow-up with candidates to keep them appraised on progress
- Set up interviews with candidates with clients
- Obtain referral for other qualified candidates
- Obtain leads for Account Managers of clients with open positions
- Closing candidate when offer is extended
