Client Relationships

PMA provides comprehensive professional and technical screening of all candidates before presenting to any client and accurately represents their skills and experience.

PMA personnel check references and disclose all known relevant information regarding a candidate.

PMA personnel always obtain a candidate’s approval prior to representing them to a client. PMA personnel exercise due diligence to ensure that the individual is not being represented by a competing firm.

PMA personnel strictly refrain from recruiting or soliciting a client’s employees and contractors.


PMA personnel are ethically and contractually bound to protect a client’s confidential and proprietary information

PMA personnel are prohibited from paying finders' fees, commissions, or any other consideration to any employee or agent of a client and always ensure that they are in compliance with a client's policies relating to gifts and gratuities.

PMA personnel do not disparage a client, its business practices or its management.
 

Candidate and Consultant Relationships

PMA personnel provide accurate and complete information to candidates regarding contract assignments and salaried client positions. PMA personnel continue to provide this information to its consultants for the duration of their assignments.

PMA personnel actively encourage candidates to make full disclosures regarding ability to perform for client opportunities before they are presented to our clients.

PMA personnel will not induce a consultant to leave an assignment before its completion and always exercise due diligence with prospective consultants to determine if their current assignment is coming to a normal end.

All PMA consultant relationships are governed by written employment contracts.

PMA maintains written policies for the payment of consultants and, to the best of their knowledge, accurately represents payment terms, the nature of a contract assignment, and other subjects pertinent to the business relationship between a consultant, PMA’s client and PMA.
